Bobbie Jo Stinnett Update

Lisa Montgomery, 36, accused of strangling Bobbie Jo Stinnett and stealing her baby has decided to plead not guilty. U.S. Attorney Todd Graves has indicated he plans to seek the death penalty.

Montgomery had interacted with Stinnett at dog shows and had chatted with her online. In a chat room frequented by other dog lovers and show people, some had criticized Lisa Montgomery for exagerating things. Bobbie Jo Stinnett had defended Montgomery.
